Bonang Lerato Masia gained an LLB from the University of Pretoria in 2003 and started her articles of clerkship in 2004. She was admitted as an attorney in 2006 and since then has enjoyed rapid upward mobility in her career. She is passionate about Competition Law, her specialist field of interest, holding a certificate in the subject from the University of Pretoria.
Bonang’s practice spans across a raft of areas of expertise including advice and litigation stemming from Public Law issues such as the interpretation of legislation and compliance, and other regulatory prescripts. She regularly advises and conducts litigation on behalf of clients in the in the private and public sector, including regulatory bodies. on all matters relating to corporate governance, regulatory compliance in the healthcare sector; public procurement, PFMA obligations, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.
